Woke up as an exile to that dutch colony Fasterdam. Slept like 'the dead' which I haven't done in months..always restless during the night. Is it food that keeps us from a good nights sleep?..because in that case.. I don't exactly feel refreshed but do feel alert. How about y'all?
Thanks Deby for the reminder about yoga. Being a novice, I don't know the value of the practice but believe what you say and will see you tonight. The following is a message typed by my new kitten. I find it relevant(if you pronounce it)so will use it to sign off. hggggggg09, amanda
